SCMatrix™, our supply-chain process and event management tool, can be installed as a layered product on top of SCMaster. This tool enables the definition of supply-chain processes and route maps, as well as milestones and alerts business rules.

Any SCMaster scenario can be defined as a Process Map with milestones and alert triggers. SCMatrix sends an alert if a milestone is due late or missing, and delivers proactive notifications to users as per personalized parameters.
