MASHAV - an holding company of several large subsidiaries such as NESHER Cement Enterprise, TAAVURA - Heavy Duty haulers, MASHAV Energy - Electric Power provider – is one of the largest dry-bulk importer in Israel, deploying hundreds of charters of Ocean vessels a year.

In this implementation, SCMaster is configured as multi organization structure, and automates the complex procedures, currently manual, of Dry Bulk financial events, such as Charter Freight, Port Authorities fees, land truck transactions, customs duties and brokerage fees.

SCMaster handles on the same token, the vessel rotation to port-of-loading, monitors the vessels activities while loading the cargo, its movement towards the port of discharge, where automatic data feeds SCMaster with Tally and Port Authority Gate Event

In this deal, SCMaster will be configured to automate the complex procedures, currently manual, from Dry Bulk vessel’s booking, along its roads and events up to cargo discharge at port of destination.

SCMaster will handle the vessel rotation to the port-of-loading, will monitor the vessels activities while loading the cargo, its movement towards the port of discharge, where automatic data will feed SCMaster with Tally and Port Authority Gate Events.

This procedure will allow MASHAV to control their in-transit inventory from vendor quarry up to their customer’s gate at destination.

SCMaster will be integrated to MASHAV Oracle EBS LCM module, with appropriate AP interfaces and Logistic API. SCMaster will include an enhanced Import, PO Collaboration, EDI and Events Logger and enhanced SAM (Smart Freight Audit Module).

Also, Dry Bulk provision accounting will be furnished as well, allowing eliminating hundreds of professional accountants’ hours invested in this monthly process.

Nesher Israel Cement Enterprises Ltd., RAMLE, ISRAEL, $1B company,  Oracle EBS 12.1.3 based, reached Go Live Phase with SCMaster Sphere PO eCollaboration & Freight-In (Import) Modules to support their large overseas procurement. In this deal, SCMaster is configured to support PO Collaboration with thousands of local and overseas vendors.

This phase is the first part of the SCMaster - Freight-in, eFreight Auditing (SAM) and Accounting posting of overseas Landed Costs - Modules deployment. In this project, SCMaster will be configured to support Oracle LCM accounting and EMC Docomentum® interfaces – in order to allow Nesher’s vast P2P process - from purchase order to AP posting, Landed Cost Projection and archiving with minimum human intervention.
